There is an answerphone if we are not around, so please do leave a message and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Booking Form:

For a booking, please give details of which property you require, dates, pets, details of your party and contact 'phone number.

Once agreed, your booking will be held provisionally for 5 days to allow time for you to complete and return the booking form with the initial deposit of 33%. The full amount will be due if you are booking within 8 weeks of your holiday.

We will write to acknowledge payment and you will receive full travelling instructions after you have paid your balance of the hire charge.

Arrival and Departure:

Arrival and departure days are Fridays or Saturdays.

Your cottage will be ready for you to take over at any time after 3 pm at the start of your holiday. Please try not to arrive early, as time is needed to thoroughly clean the cottages as well as do any maintenance needed.

For the same reason, please note that you should leave your cottage by 10.00 am on departure day. All our cottages are thoroughly cleaned between holidays. However, because only a limited period is available in which to clean cottages, we ask that you leave the cottage and its contents clean and tidy.

Some cottages also ask for a £100 cautionary deposit. This will be returned in full after your holiday provided the cottage is left in a clean and tidy condition and there is no damage.

Insurance:

In the event of cancellation by you at any time you become liable to pay the full amount of the total holiday cost, and so you are advised to make your own cancellation insurance arrangements.

The Booking Charge for one week or more is £20 and for short breaks is £12-50.
