Cherry is the latest addition that completes the development of the Cottages at Buckland Court.  This very spacious high quality property is situated in the upper courtyard and is one of three adjoining cottages.  These are situated on two sides of this most attractive courtyard setting, which blends in with - though is totally separate from - it's neighbouring counterpart.  Cherry Cottage has the use of all the facilities enjoyed by the lower courtyard properties.  Also, being brand new, it is furnished and equipped to a high standard and level of comfort, yet it is built with traditional local materials.

The entrance hall leads to a Cloak-room with W.C., shaver point and wash basin.  Adjacent is a spacious living room with three-piece suite, TV, Freeview, video, table and chairs.  A beamed kitchen/ diner is well fitted, having extremely attractive limed oak units, a very nice cooker with gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, integrated dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer and washing machine/tumble dryer - and there is even a wine rack.  The dining area has a large pine table to seat at least 8 with matching chairs and there is also a small TV.

The staircase from the kitchen leads up to the landing off which there are 4 bedrooms: Large master bedroom with 5ft bed and en-suite shower room with power shower, basin and WC.  Double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and en-suite shower room with power shower and vanity basin.  Twin bedroom with 3ft beds and a basin.  Bunk bedroom with full size bunks and velux window.  The bathroom has a bath (with power shower over), basin and WC.

All the rooms have windows overlooking the courtyard apart from the bunk bedroom, bathroom and shower rooms.  There are duvets on all beds.  Linen can be hired and the beds made up in advance.  Towels, cots and high chairs can also be hired.  There is Gas central heating, electricity and telephone for local and incoming calls all included in the price.  There is allocated parking space for 2 cars within the courtyard itself.

The Broadband internet connection is via a RJ45 network socket (no Wi-fi available).  Please remember to bring your own RJ45 patch cable.
