Short Breaks: 

Minimum 3 nights = 70% of weekly price, subject to availability.  4 nights = 80% of weekly price and 5 nights = 90% of weekly price.  6 nights will be charged at the full weekly rate.

Short breaks can only be booked during the Low Season.  (This does not apply during February Half Term)

Booking Fee: 

A £20.00 booking fee (£12-50 for short breaks) is required on this cottage.

There is a credit card charge of 1.75% (AMEX 3.35%) but no charge for debit cards, with the exception of International Maestro (1.75%).

Pets: 

There is a standard charge of £25 per pet per week.

Extras: 

Cot and high chair available free of charge.  Bed linen and towels can be hired.
