Buckland Court is located in a tranquil sheltered valley surrounded by farming countryside between two of the West country’s most popular sailing centres of Salcombe and the river Dart, inland from the historic village of Slapton, with its world-famous Slapton Ley nature reserve and Slapton Sands, the three-mile beach that stretches from Torcross to Strete Gate.
There is easy access to the South West Coast Path for walking and the wilderness of Dartmoor for walking, climbing and riding.
The South Hams is a Mecca for rambling, bird-watching, swimming, surfing, horse riding, golf, fishing, boating, and sailing. Or just chill out and have fun by visiting our local Gastro pubs and restaurants.
