Additional Information

Short Breaks:

• Short breaks start on any day of the week subject to agreement, with a minimum of 4 nights.
• Christmas and New Year dates are flexible – please enquire.

Changeover:

• Changeover day is usually a Saturday but other arrangements may be possible out of season – please ask the owner.
• Arrival after 4pm, earlier baggage drop-off is OK on the day, by prior agreement, departure before 10am.

Payment:

• Deposit of 30% will be required within 7 days of booking with the balance due 4 weeks before the start date of your stay.
• If the booking is made within 6 weeks the full cost will be due.
• A security deposit of £200 to be added when the final balance is due.
• Refunded on satisfactory inspection of the property 2 weeks after departure.
• Payment via bank transfer or cheque.
• Clients are advised to take out cancellation insurance as we can only issue a refund if the property is re-let.
